Hello Antonella, I am seriously considering buying a mobile home in Bellwoods Estates. I have been a renter in Bells Corners now for 3 years, and i am tired of paying someone elses mortgage. Would I be able to use my Rsp as a down payment, even though i am a first time buyer in Ontario. Presently living in a condo off Seyton Dr. and Forester Cres. My landlord is wanting to sell her condo, and she has given me the first opportunity to buy this place, but i can not afford this place on my own. Could you please get back to me as soon as possible. My husband Shane and I currently own a 1bdrm condo in Toronto and want to move to Ottawa to be closer to my family. Shane is a contractor and wants to build us a home, so we are looking to purchase a lot using equity in our condo and then finance the construction when we sell the condo and start building within the next 3 years. We're wondering what options we have for purchasing land - if we can only get x equity from the condo, are there other loan options that would allow us to access more cash and increase our budget for a lot?
